A self-starter by nature, I’ve reinvented my career multiple times, always guided by the belief: “If you’re going to do a job, do it right—or don’t do it at all.”
My spare time is spent enjoying cooking and when possible, gardening, not to mention long walks with my adorable hound Zack.

Currently working full-time in the public utility sector, I balance my professional responsibilities with a commitment to building Noble’s long-term foundation. I play a key role in coordinating licensing, partner outreach, and digital communications. I’m actively involved in launching the company’s web presence and strategic planning.
Based in Colorado Springs, I bring a real-world perspective to the team. Our creed is trust, transparency, and helping seniors access the full value of their life insurance assets.

Debbee Nahabedian

With over 30 years of experience spanning real estate development, insurance, and construction, I bring a well-rounded and practical understanding of both people and process. My early career wa rooted in real estate development, where I worked on both sides of the aisle, gaining hands-on insight into the intricacies of property planning, investment, and execution. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned into the insurance industry, building deep knowledge across life, health, and disability coverage. I’ve also advised businesses on buy/sell agreements and helped streamline insurance needs during closures or transitions.
Beyond the office, I successfully operated a drywall subcontracting business, managing a workforce of over 100 and collaborating with some of the region’s top contractors. I’m known for my ability to build strong networks and lasting relationships—qualities that have supported every stage of my professional journey.
And just for fun? I have a passion for baking and an unapologetic love of cookie dough.
